Benefits at Malco Products

Medical Insurance
A comprehensive medical plan for yourself and your dependents. You may choose single, single + spouse, single + child(ren) or family coverage at one of two different deductible levels or you may choose to not take the medical coverage. A portion of this cost is provided by Malco to all full-time and part-time associates.

Dental Insurance
Extensive dental coverage for yourself and your dependents. You may choose single, or family coverage at one of two different deductible levels or you may choose to not take the dental coverage. A portion of this cost is provided by Malco to all full-time associates.

Health Savings Account (HSA)
A benefit you can use when you have a high deductible health plan. You can use the plan to deposit pre-tax money into your account.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Medical
Benefits you can use to cover many healthcare services not covered by medical or dental insurances (general purpose FSA) or not covered by dental and vision care insurance (limited purpose FSA - which is used in conjunction with a HSA). You can use the plan to deposit pre-tax money into your account.

FlexComp Credits
Money to help pay for additional benefits.

Wellness Program
The Right Track has fun wellness campaigns throughout the year.

Life Insurance
Associate life insurance options range from one times pay to three times pay. Malco provides all full-time associates with one times pay life insurance.

Short-Term Disability Insurance
Protecting your earning power should you become temporarily disabled from sickness or an off-the-job accident. Malco provides all full-time associates with this coverage.

Vacation
The number of vacation days you receive is based on your years of service. You can buy up to 5 additional days or sell up to ½ of your vacation if you have 2 weeks or more. This helps you choose the amount of vacation that meets your personal needs.

Convenience/Sick
You will receive up to 40 hours of time off for sick time or to take care of your personal needs.

Profit Sharing/ESOP Plan
Each year the Board of Directors reviews profits to see what portion of profits will be shared with the associates who helped generate them. The amount will vary year to year and is expressed as a percentage of an associates' regular earnings.

CAP (Capital Accumulation Plan)/401(k)
This plan makes it easy for you to set aside money for the future. These deposits will be before tax dollars. If you invest in CAP, Malco will match these funds by 20% of your deposit up to a maximum of $600 per benefit year.

Holiday Pay
Malco celebrates 9 major holidays including New Years Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve Day and Christmas Day plus an occasional extended week-end holiday.
