Assembling hand tools and subassemblies, packaging tools, operating assembly and packaging machines and performing final inspection.

Picking and packing orders for shipment. Loading orders, verifying routings, and handling special delivery instructions.

Picking, issuing, and delivering material for work orders. Inspecting, weighing and stocking incoming parts.

Punch Press Operators:
Punching, turning, and forming parts for hand tools subassemblies by operating punch press, lathe and bender machines.

CNC Machine Operators:
Operate the milling machines, drill presses, grinders, belt sanders, and CNC machines to produce component parts. Assemble tools by adjusting, fitting and aligning parts to specific tolerances.

Tool & Die Makers:
Build, rebuild and maintain tools, dies, jigs/fixtures and gauges for the development and building of new and existing products.

Customer Service Staff:
Process customer orders by phone, fax, and mail.    

Planning/Purchasing Staff:
Obtain reliable products and materials, schedule production orders or requirements, obtain materials and products, study market trends, interview suppliers, analyze quotes, educate suppliers in supplier scheduling.

Financial Support Staff:
Process accounts payable, receivable and payroll, process credit applications, verify credit information prepare reports, and contact customers.

MIS Professionals:
Install new and maintain/modify computer hardware and software. Provide technical assistance and train end-users.

Investigate production problems and recommend solutions, develop processes or methods for operations and perform feasibility studies.

Oversee the daily activities of the department to eliminate problems, improve efficiency and monitor work flow, train associates and assign jobs, coordinate activities with other departments, and establish goals.

Financial Professionals:
Reconcile general ledger accounts, prepare and analyze budgets, prepare payroll, and coordinate accounting activities.

Sales/Marketing Professionals:
Develop and implement sales programs, pricing and promotions.  Manage the day to day sales with manufacturer representatives and national accounts.
