Vinyl Fence Post Nibblers
Vinyl Fence Post Nibblers remove a 1/4” (6.35 mm) slug from the vinyl fence post slot allowing the user to angle the rails as needed to follow the contour of the terrain. Nibblers are available for the two most common vinyl post slot widths: 1-1/2” and 2” (38 mm and 51 mm).

Can the tool be used on all types of vinyl?
The Nibbler will work on Mono-extruded or Co-extruded vinyl products. Plastic and refurbished materials will affect performance of the Nibbler due to the brittleness of the material.
What temperature range will the Nibbler work well in?
The Nibbler performance will not be affected when working in temperatures ranging from 10 - 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
What thickness of material will the Nibbler work on?
The Nibbler will perform on materials thicknesses ranging between of .080” to .125”.
How clean is the cut?
The Nibbler uses a shearing action to remove a .25 inch section of material per stroke. The result is a clean shear edge without vinyl chip debris.
